Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, it is common that the customer's expectations cannot be fully met due to the lack of physical contact with the purchased item or due to technical specifications. If, for any reason, all items must be returned with a valid RMA TBR number you will need to request prior to shipping the product. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. In particular, the returned product must not have been opened (except for testing of course), scratched, broken or painted. Also, the product must have its box. The customer must bear the shipping costs of returning the product / order. A non-defective product can only be returned once.
If a similar product is not available, the purchase amount of the product is credited to the customer. This credit balance can be used on any new order. All claims do not include shipping costs (to and from the customer).
RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITH WARRANTY
TBR will repair or replace the defective product free of charge within 30(DAYS) from the date of purchase of your product. Shipping charges for returning the product are paid by the customer and shipping costs back to the customer are paid by TBR. In case the product is outside the warranty period, TBR charges an inspection fee of €45.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In case you want to cancel your order, please keep in mind that the cancellation takes place within 2 hours of completing the order. Beyond this point, no cancellation is accepted
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is now provided throughout the European Union.
