GENERAL INFORMATION
We ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be on the same day as your order. We usually process and ship same day items in stock if order is placed before 1pm local time, otherwise ships next business day. Courier orders before 14:00 local time are also dispatched the same working day. In any case, if the shipping time is different than usual, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. If we expect a longer response time, it will be noted in the product description. we will give you an estimated shipping time with a tracking email.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you place it. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.
We use the global postal service network as a shipping service. We ship all parcels with a tracking number. For customers who need the products urgently, we offer UPS and DHL Courier Service. UPS and DHL use their global network to deliver your ordered products on time. This service is optional and comes with an additional fee.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
All items valued over €50 are shipped with a signature required if possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number (Transaction ID). Please note that in this case, you accept responsibility if anything happens to the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship internationally.
p>There are a few things you should know, though: the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, ground handling fees, customs clearance fees, etc., required by your country to import consumer goods. Please do your research so you are ready to pick up your package from customs, and have an idea of what the extra costs will be.

BACKORDERS
If you have backordered products in your cart at checkout, these products will not be sent to you until they are in stock and available to ship. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose whether you want all of your products to be shipped together or separately. You will be able to see estimated shipping dates for backordered products, but these dates may change. You will not be charged extra for backordered items that did not ship with your original order.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees are determined by the total merchandise of order and the selected shipping service. Shipping costs vary based on package size, weight and destination.
International Shipping: Prices are calculated based on a number of factors, including your desired level of service, weight of the product, and the cost of shipping and handling to the destination country/region. Don't worry, you won't be charged for your order until you submit your credit card information!
DELIVERY TIME
Depending on the shipping method you choose, the delivery time varies. We can guarantee the shipping time, but the delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose. TBR is not responsible for a possible delay in delivery. You can track the status of your order through our website using your transaction ID or the tracking number provided through the postal services website.
